FilmSound.ai ("we", "our", "us") develops and distributes software applications including PT-Reaper Converter and WindowCast. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our products and website.

Information We Do Not Collect

Our desktop applications (PT-Reaper Converter and WindowCast) are designed to work entirely offline. They do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, usage analytics, telemetry, or audio/video content. Your session files, audio files, and project data never leave your computer.

Contact Form

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message. This information is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this information with third parties.

WindowCast Network Streaming

WindowCast streams video data directly between your Mac and Apple Vision Pro over local Wi-Fi using UDP protocol. No data passes through external servers. All streaming occurs entirely on your local network. No video content, metadata, or usage data is collected or transmitted externally.

License Verification

PT-Reaper Converter may connect to our licensing server to verify your purchase. This connection transmits only the license key and a machine identifier. No personal data, session content, or usage information is transmitted during this process.

Website Analytics

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of its infrastructure. We do not use any additional analytics or tracking services. No cookies are set for tracking purposes.

Purchases

Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Purchases made through our website are processed by our payment provider (FastSpring), who acts as the Merchant of Record. We do not have access to your payment card details. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of Apple and FastSpring for information on how they handle payment data.

Children's Privacy

Our products are professional tools for audio post-production and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
